First, find out why you want to grow your channel.

Seriously, why do you want to do it? Do you want to be a vlogger? Are you trying to be Casey Neistat or Peter McKinnon? Want to be famous on YouTube? That is not a good reason.

You should be growing your channel because it's something you can't do. There must be something you want to see in the world that is not there yet - and you want to make it happen.

Secret # 1: Find a way to get new audiences every day.

Create content that gives YouTube a reason to advertise your videos, depending on what people want. The most successful channels have grown their audience by creating highly shared raw green content that makes people want to click.

Take Peter McKinnon. Looking back at where Peter started, it was all vlogs. At first, they didn't get the pull-out - then hit the tutorial video. So he took what he learned and applied it often. Now, most of his successful videos are in this tutorial. They bring new people into his natural environment every day.

Secret # 2: Create content around the central theme to build your channel authority.

If people are confused about what your channel is about, they will start to ignore you. Click-through rate and viewing time (two great things in the list!) Go up when the audience knows exactly what kind of status and content they will find on the channel. So does subscriptions - and ultimately, lead, customers, and customers.

Secret # 3: Blunt orders or voting do not make viewers customers.

You can draw attention to yourself with the first two secrets, but you end up being human and attractive. (The reason I started my own channel is that most SEO educational video channels have wet personalities!) You don’t even get customers with vlogs. It looks cool, but it's as bad as a business model.

Adding duplicate intros and outros can help convert a subscriber into a customer. People want to do business with the people they love, so be kind - especially before teaching.

Also, here are my top ten ways to grow YouTube:

After you have carefully read my three-part strategy, you can join this YouTube growth checklist. You can use these tips and tricks right away to quickly see more views and subscribers with your next video. Based on some of my most successful videos and popular YouTube.

Basically, this checklist is like hiring the smartest SEO team of all time to make your videos.

1. Have awesome icons. Search for top results for the topic you are making a video on. After that, show your thumbnails after those pictures.

2. Write a title that makes people click. I use YouTube Autocomplete, Ahrefs and TubeBuddy to demolish each one.

3. Make your introduction faster. Here's how I do it: In 15 seconds, I include a preview that will make them watch, instant history, and then another reminder of what appears in the video.

4. Tell them what happens every time you get a chance. Example from this post: We are only number four in the top 10 youtube growth hacks, and I think the number nine is moving forward easily.

5. The viewing time of the Hack is what it was worn. Try to get 50% of your viewers to reach the 75% mark of your video to make it much easier for YouTube to mark your content as highly relevant.

6. Create desirable content. I view 10 channels as my own and write the top 10 videos for each channel - and now I have 100 ideas for my next 100 videos.

7. Reduce your marks. Don't try to include keywords in your tags.

8. Create more playlists. If you have more than 50 videos, create a playlist for a guided experience. Also, it keeps people clicking on one of your videos instead of being recommended by another creator.

9. Use closed captions. Uncluttered captioning may not have the value of your target keyword, but it can have a positive effect on all other keywords and on all other topics you mentioned in your video.

10. Definition is important! Add links to your description on YouTube to help grow your audience and drive them to more videos.

BONUS TIP: Play your cards well. By adding cards to your video, you can provide a link to viewers in one of your videos, an approved retail store, or an ongoing connection with your audience. That’s where the cards can be gold.
